Vidyadhar has a proven executive management track record and over 16 years of
experience driving sales growth in the technology industry. His philosophy of
constant innovation and disruption is embedded deep into the work culture of
Goalsr. His vision is to re-imagine engineering in a truly ‘User-First’ mode and
utilize the true potential of the Technology Ecosystem. He is the force behind
Goalsr’s strategic and long-lasting partnerships with its customers.
With a career spanning over 16 years in San Jose, California, he has led
innovative initiatives to build top-performing teams with management “bench
strength” and staying power. He ensures his subordinates recognize their unique
capabilities and position themselves as “A” players by addressing career
strategy, leadership development, professional positioning, and visibility. A
serial entrepreneur, Vidyadhar has a track record of building and managing
high-performance teams & companies ranging from IT, ITES that cater to varied
industry segments such as Aerospace, FMCG, Retail, Medical &
Agriculture.
His earlier experience includes working on Product Engineering, Release
management & Test Automation with Global organizations such as Dell, Spirent
Communications and HCL-CISCO in addition to his rich experience being part of
successful start-ups such as Fanfare Group, Elementum and Hivepoint.
Vidyadhar is an alumnus of BITS, Pilani with a Master’s in Software Systems and
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from REC, Balki.
